Limited Warranty for Business Customers (B2B – Hospitality)

1. PIMIENTO OHG and Brand Overview

PIMIENTO OHG is a German company that manufactures weather-resistant hammocks, hanging chairs, stainless steel stands, and matching accessories under the registered brand CRAZYCHAIR.
All marketing and sales activities in the hospitality and B2B sectors are conducted under the brand PROCOMARINE.

 

2. Scope of the Warranty

PIMIENTO provides business customers (B2B) with a voluntary limited warranty of up to 12 months on the following products:

• CRAZYCHAIR Hammocks

• CRAZYCHAIR Hanging Chairs

• CRAZYCHAIR Stainless Steel Stands

 

3. Commencement and Duration

This limited warranty begins on the date of delivery and remains valid for a period of twelve (12) months, regardless of the actual date the product is put into use.

 

4. Hospitality – Commercial and Public Use

This hospitality warranty applies exclusively to the commercial or institutional use of the products, specifically in the following settings:

• Ocean and river cruise ships (e.g., balcony cabins, pool decks)

• Houseboats and yachts

• Hotels, resorts, and vacation properties

• Wellness centers, spas, and sauna facilities

• Beach clubs, amusement parks, and leisure venues

• National or international garden exhibitions

• Other comparable commercial or public environments

 

5. Installation and Usage Requirements

The validity of this warranty is subject to the proper and professional installation and appropriate use of the products.

• Suitable mounting accessories and installation materials are available from PIMIENTO upon request.

• If insufficient or unclear information is provided regarding installation conditions, intended use environment, or supervision by on-site personnel, PIMIENTO reserves the right to advise against the use of the product.

• Should the product be used in a setting later deemed unsuitable or inappropriate—either from the outset or after inspection—PIMIENTO shall not be held liable for any resulting damage or functional failure under this warranty.

 

6. Warranty Coverage and Claims Handling

This warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that occur during normal, intended use of the product.

In the event of a valid warranty claim, PIMIENTO will, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the defective item,

• Replace it with an equivalent product, or

• Provide a credit equal to the original purchase price.

 

7. Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper or abusive use (e.g., exceeding the recommended user capacity)
